Project Approach

At the start of every project, a shareholding director will be allocated as your project manager and a specific timeframe agreed, usually based on a 6-12 week lead time from placing the order to a working solution. Regular project meetings will make sure that all milestones are being achieved, resulting in a smooth and stress-free implementation.

At TES we use the tried and tested Microsoft Sure Step methodology, which splits the project into manageable phases with clearly defined roles for each of the project team. This can be customised for any size or type of product, ensuring that risks are reduced and you are able to go-live on time and to budget.

Diagnostic & Analysis

In the diagnostic phase we introduce our project team to the customer and analyse the necessary project phases, whilst defining the project template which in turn defines the deliverables at each step of the implementation.

We will analyse your business requirements and map them to the software within user acceptance workshops, process improvements are identified within can also be included within the analysis stage. If any gap to functionality is identified, then consultants will create an ‘Analysis Gap Document’ and engineer your proposed workflow.

Individual tasks defined with these stages are:

• Project kick off meeting
• Build development environment
• Workshops
• Analysis Phase Deliverables
