TES use two software products as the basis for most of our deployments, Dynamics NAS from Microsoft and DRS (Dynamic Retail Solution) from Torex. Both of these companies are leaders in their respective markets and have formally committed to prolonged support and development roadmaps for each of the products TES resell. TES have developed a proprietary piece of integration software that enables information to flow seamlessly between Dynamics NAV and DRS using Microsoft SQL server technology so every aspect of your IT solution is based on well proven industry standard technology. We also select the best suppliers for subsidiary services such as document archiving & management, SMS and EDI and offer them to our customers as fully integrated modules to the core solution.

Are you confident your current IT systems will continue to be developed and supported into the future?

By selecting an IT system from TES based on applications from Microsoft and/or Torex you know your investment is safe. Uncertainty from either company folding or to be bought out is unlikely and each operate a large and active reseller community so there is also no ultimate dependence on TES. Both Microsoft and Torex bring their large research and development budgets to bear in continuously improving and expanding their products. As respective market leaders Microsoft and Torex tend to drive industry standards so you will be unlikely to be constrained by compatibility issues and the first amongst your competitors to benefit from new technology.

Have you previously made an IT investment that was rendered redundant before any significant return on investment was achieved?
