Another unique area to the ISO accredited Chiltern business is its ability to deal with new or refurbished equipment, so any return processing system would have to be flexible enough to deal with hundreds of thousands of SKU’s and the functionality of a testing process was required to determine the cause of fault on the equipment, all of which is fully serial number tracked.This enables fast and efficient decisions when returns are processed so that faulty equipment can be sent straight back to the supplier.
