As New Business Sales Executive you will be the face of TES for prospect clients as well as managing new customer onboarding through to operations handover.

As Project Manager, you will work both independently and as part of a wider team to manage bespoke client projects from the initial stages to completion ensuring that each project runs on time and in line with customer specifications. You will take a proactive approach to customer enquiries overcoming potential challenges and delegating work amongst the TES skillset.

As Solutions Architect you will work closely with Account Managers to understand and interpret client strategic business objectives and advise on the technology architecture required to support the implementation of all objectives.

As Support Consultant you will provide product support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV/BC to a varied customer portfolio. You will be responsible for finding solutions to incidents and problems that have been escalated by the Support Analysts working to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators providing a high level of customer service and professionalism.

As a NAV / BC Consultant, you will complete effective and knowledgeable Consultancy sessions, identifying small changes to Business Central / NAV functionality to ensure clients receive maximum product usage and benefit.

As Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will be the face of TES for all customer accounts within your portfolio, as well as identifying relevant upselling opportunities and managing customer contracts and renewals.

As CRM Consultant, you will complete effective consultancy sessions to ensure clients receive maximum product usage and benefit. And you will provide feedback in order to assist with improving customer experience.

As Support Analyst you will provide first line support including troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV to a varied customer portfolio, and providing excellent customer service.

The Product Strategist is responsible for all aspects of a defined core technology in the context of it’s relevance and application to the Not-for-Profit sector, also supporting the Sales and Marketing.
