2019 TES Annual Customer Day

It’s been one week since we had our annual customer day and wow, what a success it was!

In case you missed it, this year we’ve not only brought you the latest news straight from Directions EMEA, but product updates and roadmap milestones.

Our Keynote speaker Peter Mackenzie kicked things off with some fantastic insights of Lloyd’s Register, an organisation with a proud history who have been working on their own journey of technology change.

Following on from Peter, our Managing Director Paul Faulkner and Technical Director Chris Wilson then shared Total Enterprise Solutions’ update which included some exciting new product developments and details of our current roadmap.

The afternoon breakout sessions went down a storm and were full to capacity! Ian Drew shared some fantastic examples of the impact Microsoft has made in the charity sector, followed by a detailed demonstration of Dynamics 365 functionality for charities.

Over in the commercial room, Will McIntee discussed ERP and how it can support a digital transformation. Our Power Platform sessions proved to be equally as popular throughout the afternoon.
