Adapting to the New Environment

Throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, we have found that our company investments align with our continual improvement plan. This has enabled us to continue delivering our services to the high standard that our customers have come to expect from TES.

We have received excellent feedback and have seen success in the remote delivery of our services. Highlights of this include:

Our transition to the Cloud

Over the last few years, alongside our ISO 27001 accreditation, TES has been maturing our Business Continuity Plans.  A regular schedule of testing and simulation has made our transition to working from home during lockdown seamless. Total Enterprise Solutions are fully operational during these testing times.

The use of Microsoft Teams to deliver remote sessions

From internal collaboration to project kick-off meetings and system training, our use of the latest Microsoft technology has enabled us to continue our service delivery without disruption. We continue to support our customers, not only through this challenging time but through what is always a busy time – including for many of our customers, financial year-end. 

Go-lives for remotely delivered projects

Total Enterprise Solutions have seen a number of successes in the delivery of remote services. These include interactive training sessions through to the seamless ‘go-live’ of customer projects that have remained on track. We have also seen the initiation of several new projects that will be delivered remotely.

Continued support for our customers

Our support team have seen the benefit of our service investments to date, including our use of the industry-leading ServiceNow platform - but we haven’t stopped there! We have recently kicked off a new internal project to further enhance the level of service we can offer, which also includes improvements to our ServiceNow platform. This project is entitled Project Sapphire.

Project Sapphire

This exciting new project will see further developments to our service delivery capabilities. Project Sapphire will allow our customers to access more features within our self-service portal, as well as the addition of new enhanced services.
