Total Enterprise Solutions is about to embark in a partnership with Arts Council England to replace their finance system with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Arts Council England is a government-funded body dedicated to promoting visual, literary and performing arts in England. Since 1994, Arts Council England has been responsible for distributing lottery funding. This investment has helped transform the building stock of arts organisations and create additional high-quality arts activities.
Total Enterprise Solutions selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central because of its robust Financial Management functionality, and because the technology platform can easily work alongside other solutions.
The Arts Council require a system that tightly integrates into their grant management system so that payment and commitment data could be shared easily with the Finance team to improve organisational efficiency through data collaboration.
The lifespan of a grant award can run over multiple financial years for payments. Business Central can manage this process with ease and gives the organisation insight into its financial responsibilities well into the future.
