I hope you’re all keeping safe and well. I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that TES is a strong, stable and growing company, making us a very safe pair of hands as your Microsoft Dynamics 365 provider in these unpredictable and challenging times.

CRM for NFPs

As most of you are aware, we have extended our product offering to include Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, more commonly referred to as CRM. 

As our focus in the charity and NFP sector continues, we have identified shared, common goals across our customers and other NFPs, such as the need to improve supporter and member experiences, grow recruitment and the activities of volunteers, such as retaining donors and supporters by increasing communication. As a result, we now deliver additional functionality, which enables you to capture, store, maintain, process and report on contacts, relationships and interactions.

Our CRM offering is built on the Dynamics Platform with a layer of the Microsoft Tech for Social Impact’s NFP Accelerator. The unique TES IP was built with NFPs in mind, incorporating methodology that has been proven through rigorous testing. TES continues to help NFPs achieve their objectives.

Brexit Impact on Business Central

If your business imports/exports goods from the EU or move goods to/from Northern Ireland, then you will likely need to make some configuration changes in Business Central.

Our Annual Customer Day 2021

We’re excited to announce that we’re already in planning mode for this year’s Customer Day! We will hold a series of short webinars late March/early April with a key focus around your journey to Digital Transformation. Sessions will include Operating a Secure and Compliant CRM Solution, Supporting your SaaS Business Challenge in a SaaS World, How to Invest in a Technology Platform that will Drive your Organisation Forward, as well as more product-focussed webinars, showcasing Power Apps, Power BI and our Product Roadmap. Have you booked in your Health Check? 

Here at TES, we're always looking to ensure that our customers get the best value from their solution, which is why we offer our regular Health Check. At a cost of just two-days consultancy and conducted annually, one of our experienced consultants works with you to audit your application end-to-end and examine your business processes in order to identify any areas of improvement, such as employee knowledge gaps or unconfigured functionality. In addition, we flush out any areas of your system that we feel can be enhanced or implemented to ensure continuous business improvement.

Our consultant will then provide you with a detailed report, enabling you to carefully plan how to address their findings. We then work collaboratively to establish key actions to help support any changes, upgrades, training, configuration or development needed as a result.

Webinar

It was very exciting to host our first webinar of 2021, held on Friday 22nd January.

Hosted by our partner Continia, we reviewed how Expense Management is a solution that provides a clear overview and easy management of all types of incoming expenses without having to use other systems than Dynamics 365 Business Central. As part of the webinar we showed how using these systems it is possible to:

  • Submit receipts on the go
  • Provide automatic credit card matching
  • Provide a per diem allowance
  • Access documentation directly from Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Provide approval workflows for everyone
