The entire team at TES recently got together for our annual Kick-Off day, an event where we reflect on the successes of both TES and individual colleagues over the previous year. It is always a hugely fulfilling event as we watch team members grow in their roles and take on new challenges. We also use the opportunity to think about the year ahead and how we will make it a success for everyone at TES.
James Lambert reached the prestigious milestone of ten years at TES. What a brilliant achievement, and what a contribution James has made over the decade he’s been with us. All our colleagues will agree that James goes above and beyond the call of duty for our customers. Here’s to the next ten James!
Business Excellence Manager Nina Shanker won the “Breakthrough Star” award for her excellent work in her inaugural year at TES. Since joining in 2022, her impact has been felt throughout the business, leading to her colleagues voting for her to win the award. We hope Nina continues shining throughout the years!
Our Player’s Player of the Year Award went to Lewis Hyett for the second year in a row! What a brilliant testament to the hard work that Lewis puts in day in, day out. The respect Lewis holds amongst the fellow members of Team TES is clear for all to see. It couldn’t be three in a row next year, could it?
TES is hoping for a strong year ahead, as we continue to invest in technology and talent to provide the most comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics services available, and be the industry leader when it comes to not-for-profits. Team TES is at the heart of our success, and without them we couldn’t achieve the great success that we do. Here’s to another great year ahead for everybody.
