TES are a trusted partner – I’ve worked with our CSM for about 23 years now! TES do as they say, and they deliver.

Thank you for the interesting permissions and security webinar. It was good to have all the information in one place and has given me a few things to think about.

We recently have had a change of staff in our finance team and TES’ Managed Services and consultancy teams have made a real difference. They were very responsive and ensured that new staff were very quickly brought up to speed with the knowledge they needed to use our system. We can breathe again!

I found the afternoon workshops really helpful. My understanding of the one platform has increased. From listening to others I was also made more aware of how much we are trying to do in one go.

Given the extensive in-house experience of Business Central we already had at Head Office in Canada, when we came to implement Business Central for our UK subsidiary, we were looking for a partner that would give us the country-specific expertise while allowing us to implement in line with our group procedures and using our own people. There was only one partner that came to mind due to their approachability and agility. TES provided the specialist input we needed on the project and as and when we needed it with their managed service and customer success teams.

I’ve had a really good experience with the Support Team: I’ve raised quite a few cases and I’ve quite possibly annoyed them a bit, but they have all been incredibly helpful. I really like your ticketing system (Service Now) too.

The whole team at the end of the phone over the last few months have been brilliant at solving our issues, we have had such a lot on at our end and the managed service team have all been brilliant, thank you Team TES, it’s great to know that you are there when we need you.

One of our biggest time savers is being able to import budget figures directly into BC from Excel, rather than having to type each individual figure in manually into Business Central. And even more so, to be able to subsequently amend this on a monthly basis with reforecast figures in an automated rather than manual fashion.

I have had every confidence in Adam since the beginning of the project and he has not let me down. Very happy with the work and communication every step of the way.

As Farleigh Hospice celebrates its 40th birthday this year, we are planning for the next 40 years and beyond. This means investing in digital solutions to support Farleigh Hospice in its continued growth. We looked at a number of solutions but have decided to work with TES because of their experience in working with not-for-profits and their focus on customer service.

TES understood us and delivered as agreed and on budget. If we had to do it again, we would!

Some things just work out much better than you hope for. TES knew where we wanted to get to and understood where we’d come from. From direct access to their Technical Lead Consultants to the deep dive into our operations, they gave us the confidence that both of us knew what we were getting into. The upgrade impacted everyone in the company and TES allowed us the time we needed to make sure it worked for all. You can put us down as a happy customer! The prospect of changing supplier and upgrading is a big deal, but if you have the right partner, it’s just not an issue. TES are truly on a journey with In Kind Direct and they help us make the most of our systems. It is a mutually beneficial partnership. It is great to have alignment on executive level. The strategic meetings we have with TES directors help to keep us on track with our digital transformation.

When we had the developer going through the system with us directly, we made more progress in three or four days than throughout the whole journey. Having someone available, on hand and there for you was priceless. Thanks to TES, we’ve been able to apply the rules given to us by TRB.

Whilst we’re not unique, we do have different ways of doing things so we wanted a partner that understood the not-for-profit sector. TES had a good track record, and our consultant really understood us. Not only did they accommodate our requirements, but they pushed back with other available options and really worked with the team. This meant at the end of the day, they understood us and delivered as agreed and on budget. If we had to do it again, we would!

From a room full of filing cabinets to a modern system: TES helped us to modernise our finance and property management so that all information is now centralised in one system and readily available. We are relatively early on in our digital transformation journey, but TES is there to help us on a strategic level to take the next step. With TES’ help and excellent systematic training, we were able to achieve go-live within three months.

I like that a user can be involved and steer the platform’s evolution. One email of feedback and Microsoft were in touch directly – you feel heard.

TES has made our lives much easier with the TES Accelerator function. The service desk is really good in that they really want to help, and responses are very speedy! We now have much more flexibility in terms of analysing our data, and the time savings have been incredibly beneficial. The processes are much more straightforward, and we can now proceed with the confidence that our accounts production is far less open to human error.

One of our departmental greatest challenges is managing legacy technology, processes and services, and TES has been helping us to do this in our finance department since 2009. Our migration from Nav2013 to TES’ Microsoft Business Central platform was the first step in a long line of transformational projects. Our partnership with TES has already helped to streamline processes, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of core business activities, and even identify and prevent the loss of valuable funding from fraudulent claims. Through their knowledge and expertise, TES has helped our organisation demonstrate the benefits of investing in technology, and we continue to minimise risk and deliver wholescale operational effectiveness.

We wanted a partner who could help SU continue its digital transformation, incorporating more of our mission critical systems and helping us to reduce the risk of legacy systems. In upgrading our CRM, we knew we had some standard needs common to other charities, such as integrating with JustGiving and GoDonate, but equally we had some requirements and business processes that are unique to SU, including the way we want to positively engage and thank our donors. We selected D365 and TES based on the broad capability it could offer SU as we continued to adopt new digital ways of working. We are still at the early days of refining the full capability of the solution that is available to us. We have been able to improve key time consuming processes, and are looking forward to delivering more fully on the benefits that the service can offer.

The guided transition experience at Broadacres – we didn’t have to have our hands held. We had complete ownership. The finance system does exactly what we want it to do. The team appreciates it, and we have seen huge improvements in efficiency. We enjoyed working with TES and their not-for-profit module is spot-on. Working with TES just ‘works’ – we have a good relationship, and they help if we have issues.
