Quality assurance is at the heart of TES, and we strive for the highest standards in every interaction that is made with our customers, whether they are a charity, a not-for-profit, or a commercial customer. This includes all aspects of the operation ranging from our Customer Success Managers and back-office teams, through to the teams who are meeting with customers and delivering our market-leading services.

As a Microsoft certified Dynamics partner, the TES Quality Assurance Framework consists of the following key components:
TES’ commitment to quality is demonstrated by employing a dedicated Development and Quality Manager. This role provides responsibility and leadership for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, ensuring that the services delivered adhere to the standards and guidelines that enable TES to be a Microsoft certified Dynamics partner and form part of the TES Quality Assurance framework.
Monthly audits of compliance to TES’ development and coding standards are conducted across all customer and TES in-house product portfolio development activity. Compliance registers document non-conformities, manages actions and mitigates risks.
All development projects include scheduled quality assurance/peer review sessions between the original Solutions Architect and the Developer who is creating the solution. This ensures that the solution delivered to the customer meets the specification agreed between the customer and TES’ Solutions Architect.
The quality assurance session also ensures that the Developer is following the latest published TES coding standards and guidelines. Issues identified during a quality assurance session are added as actions to the quality assurance log, where they are then managed through to completion.
Statistics that result from the monthly compliance audits are presented to TES’ senior management team. From there, actions are discussed and risks are mitigated.
All technical resources employed by TES must attend regular development meetings. This ensures that all technical resources are appraised of the latest published coding standards and development processes.
As a Microsoft certified Dynamics partner, TES strives to continually improve the quality of the development operation and thus increase the quality of software solutions delivered to our customers. Auditing is central to this and provides a continual feedback loop of improvement. TES also maintains a CSI (Continual Service Improvement) log which drives improvements in service quality across all areas of the business.
Compliance to TES development processes, policies and standards is maintained through objectives, compliance training and regular 1-1 performance reviews.
As a Microsoft certified Dynamics partner, meeting the requirements governed by both ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 is a core part of the TES Quality Assurance Framework. All activities that form part of the TES Software Development lifecycle are externally audited for compliance to both ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 accreditations.
