With reporting being a recurring challenge in many charities, we want to help make it easy. Depending on the skill level within your organisation, we can support you in taking ownership of your charity’s reporting by building, managing and improving reports on every level within your organisation.

Charity reporting

We know that reporting requirements are different for the different stakeholders involved in your organisation: from the operational or transactional reports that are required on a daily basis (Statistics) to the monthly higher level management reports that help drive the organisation and enable the execution of business plans (Analysis). These types of reports are typically built in-system or use third party reporting tools. For visual reports that are relevant to your Board of Trustees and help make informed decisions about the strategic direction for your charity (Intelligence), you would need third party reporting tools.

Regardless of type of reporting you are trying to achieve, and whether that is in-system (i.e. in Business Central or in Dynamics) or via a third party reporting tool (e.g. Power BI or Jet Reports), we can help you make the most of those reports and support you when you get stuck while building a report.

Services to fit your organisation’s needs

If you have limited skills in-house, you can purchase the training courses that match the skill level within your organisation. We have pre-defined training programmes that will build the skills you need, whether that is starting at the very beginning or choosing the individual courses that you need.

When you have reporting skills in-house (whether that is in-system, with Power BI or Jet Reports), you can opt for an on-demand consultancy service: adhering to our standard Service Level Agreements, you can put your queries through and be guided by our expert team on how to solve reporting queries.

Leave it to us

If you are not looking to build or develop the skills in-house, we also have a Power BI Charity Finance Dashboard that will provide you with a set of reports from the off. You can either further develop that reporting pack with the BI and Reporting Enablement Service, or you can leave it to us to adjust and build your reports.
