Microsoft Solutions Partner: how does this help my charity?

Perhaps you are aware that there used to be Silver/Gold Microsoft partners. However, these designations from Microsoft have now changed, and they have ramped up the requirements to be successful in attaining them. TES has just been awarded the highest level of accreditation that Microsoft provide to partners: Solutions Partner – Business Applications. We are very proud of this achievement, but what does it mean for you and your charity/not-for-profit organisation?

Firstly, Let’s take a look into what a ‘Microsoft Solutions Partner’ designation means. When a software provider is made a Solutions Partner, it means they have proven broad technical capabilities, a dedication to skilling and training, and a proven ability to successfully deliver solutions for customers in one of the six Microsoft Cloud solution areas; these are listed below.

In other words, Microsoft endorses a partner like TES because they know we are committed to having the right skills, capabilities and experience to deliver solutions to you, our valued customers!

Practically, this means that we have demonstrated the breadth of capabilities within our whole team, by having our staff achieving the certifications that Microsoft provide. This spans across intermediate and advanced certifications, including consultancy, development, and solution architecture certifications. Of course, these need to be renewed regularly depending on each certification, and this designation shows that TES is committed to upskilling our staff. This will provide reassurance that you will continue to have qualified and knowledgeable people in front of you, working with you to deliver digital transformation.

We have the required experience of deploying solutions to our customers, as we have implemented Dynamics solutions across a range of products, such as Business Central, Common data service (Customer Engagement), Portals, and Microsoft Power Apps such as Power Automate and Power BI. This gives you the confidence that we have deep technical expertise in Business Applications, and we are able to meet your specific needs.

TES’ new designation of Solutions Partner comes with more requirements than the original Gold Partner accreditation, so we are very proud to have achieved our Business Applications certificate. As a Business Applications Solutions Partner, Microsoft recognises that we can help you get the most out of your Dynamics solution, as we have the know-how and the experience.
