This is why we provide the TES Enhanced Partial VAT solution, which offers the most comprehensive Partial/Expensed VAT solutions available on the market, and is designed specifically to solve any of the administrative headaches that present themselves when you are having to deal with VAT. We have produced the Partial (Expensed VAT) solution so that we are able to satisfy the VAT requirements of as many of our clients as we can.

We deliver a solution that fits into the different HMRC agreements that charities and not-for-profits have with HMRC, while maintaining the integrity of our customers’ accounts by offering the solution to be as automated as possible. This means less adjustments are needed to VAT and GL accounts outside of Business Central and any required Excel add-on systems.

A two-fold solution that guarantees compatibility

The requirements of the solution are twofold: to be able to create a functionality within Business Central that can go back and retrospectively update the VAT and GL accounts that are affected by Partial VAT and update them to include the correct Partial VAT amounts, as well as to configure the system to expense VAT immediately on posting a transaction.
