Activities in CRM will sync with Outlook, therefore you will never miss an action or task. If permissions are granted, the whole team can be given access to all communications related to an application, providing every member of your team with the full 360 degree view of each grant application.

Once a grant is awarded to one or more beneficiaries, the information will be prepared for the finance team to amend where necessary and subsequently post into your finance system through automation. This avoids any duplication of payments or erroneous transfers due to manual error. Grant awards can be configured to include payment schedules based on the fulfilment of criteria, and the activity associated with this tracked through Dynamics and the TES Grant Management app.
