It is satisfying to learn of TES’ growth and great potential as we review the previous financial year (FY22) and look ahead to the next (FY23), but it is something special to watch members of the team grow, step up to new challenges, and wonder what the next year will bring.
TES helps customers finally step away from the systems they have outgrown and into digital transformation with game-changing solutions. However, these solutions are nothing without the key people behind the scenes who make them happen.
The TES Company Kick Off Event for 2022 recognised hard work within the business and humane efforts that improved the community. We celebrated the success of TES’ employees with an awards ceremony.

We all know to ‘hit the ground running’ is extremely difficult when starting a new role. The winner of the Breakthrough Star Award needed to achieve just that, and enter TES with a real impact.
Consultant Scotty Cartwright made an immediate impact on customers who gave him constant positive feedback. His colleagues described him as someone who “goes the extra mile and is always being helpful” – these are the sorts of traits that TES looks for, and they make a real difference.
The prestigious TES Players’ Player Award went to Lewis Hyett, who went the extra mile for customers and colleagues, helping make TES a great place to work.
His assistance and support around the business did not go unnoticed. His attitude towards his work means he is a shining example to all in the dynamics industry.

Jordan Woodward is described as someone who “never stops and is an active member of the team in improving the TES customer service”.
That is exactly why he was awarded the title of TES Quality Champion, as he regularly makes the decisions the company needs, not taking the easiest route, and working tirelessly to maintain quality at DFE.
To be Integrity Champion at TES, that person must consistently demonstrate honesty, reliability and dependency. Whatever words are said need to be backed by actions, which means always doing what you say you are going to do with customers and colleagues; live by the mantra ‘doing the right thing is always the right thing’.
Adam Sheehan applies integrity to every piece of work he does, consistently going above and beyond to ensure deadlines are met. That is why Adam is the TES Integrity Champion!
Being passionate about TES, believing in the work the company does, and going that extra mile to achieve customer goals are attributes that won James Lambert the TES Passion Champion Award.
James’ colleagues insist he goes above and beyond every time and is always happy to lend a helping hand to the team!

Project Manager Iram Iqbal was “absolutely ecstatic” to receive the TES Outstanding Contribution Award.
With continued support and trust, Iram felt empowered to reach for the stars and achieve her goals. Iram was also quick to give a special mention to Customer Success Team Manager Sue Durnall, “who continues to be an amazing mentor and guide on this journey”.
Finance Manager Sarah Evans has been involved in multiple fundraisers and was described as “an amazing lady with a heart of gold.” Her being awarded the TES Social Impact Award recognises her as an employee who has made a real impact on TES’ charity efforts this year.
Sarah eats, sleeps, and breathes charities, not limiting the reach of benefits in and around Rugeley; she has also managed to spread her wings across cities such as Birmingham and Wolverhampton. At TES though, Sarah is constantly engaging team members at all levels, encouraging them to take part in activities to raise money. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she is a constant inspiration to those around her.
Award winners and colleagues were told at the ceremony which charities the team had voted for to benefit from TES’ Give Back scheme, an initiative that ensures TES donates 5% of its annual profits to charity and NFP customers. This announcement gave everyone the satisfaction that their efforts also help those in need, shining a new perspective on the hard work they put in every single day.

Most importantly, TES invests in the talent within the team.
