About

Established in 1878 as the Bicycle Touring Club, Cycling UK is the UK’s national cycling charity, set up to provide opportunities for likeminded individuals to get into cycling.

The organisation became a charity in 2011, and now has 71,000 members around the UK. With so many stakeholders at its bay, Cycling UK needed an improved CRM system to bring the whole organisation together.

Cycling UK contacted TES with a Dynamics 365 CRM solution in mind but the need to understand more about how to tailor that solution to very specific requirements. TES and Cycling UK discussed these requirements in detail and started to build a phased roadmap on how Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM can be used to bring membership, training, lobbying, and volunteer management alongside external communications under one solution.
