Well known in the local area for their prime position and commitment to high levels of quality, customer service and transparent pricing, Laver Leisure is part of the multi-million pound Laver Group, with 12 parks and over 1,800 holiday homes located near Skegness. As a growing organisation they knew they required an innovative, reliable finance system, that's efficient, user friendly and scalable.

Their need

As a Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains user, they found reporting limiting and account management creation very labour intensive and rigid. Having been recommended, Laver Leisure contacted TES to initiate an upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics NAV (now 365 Business Central), using Microsoft’s scheme to transfer license values from old systems to new.

Transformation

Their system is now reliable and accurate. Whils their once clunky interface was difficult to use, our upgrade has made it simple and efficient. Their systems now talk to each other and will maintain accurate up-to-date departments. We also have a portal (an in-house piece of software developed by Total Enterprise Solutions), which allows us to allocate budgets to our other sites rather than everything going through Head Office.
